From the moment a guest walks in to the moment they leave, I evaluate the details that build an establishment's image.
Each evaluation is guided by a detailed 100-point scale focusing on 10 major categories that shape the guest experience at an establishment. These categories include FOOD/DRINK, CLEANLINESS, SERVICE, TIMING, AMBIANCE, VALUE, HOSPITALITY, ACCURACY, CONSISTENCY, EXIT. Each category is evaluated on its own 10-point scale bringing attention to the specific areas where an establishment can improve and succeed.
My approach is simple. OBSERVE, EVALUATE, and provide ACTIONABLE FEEDBACK. My goal is not just to point out what is wrong, but to recognize what is being done well and what can be done better to encourage guests to continue coming back. Every evaluation is conducted with professionalism, attention to detail, and an unbiased view. This outside perspective gives owners and managers the guidance needed to strengthen their operation by elevating the guest experience.
